Fabrication Processes

Fabrication service is available. We do the fabrications based on customers’ designs after quartz slabs insepcted, such as eased edge polished, miter edges and bullnose edges fabrications, sink cutout, cooktop cutout, etc.

Packing:

1.Quartz Stone Slabs packed in wooden frames suitable for ocean shipment;
2.Each slabs is coverd and protected by plastic films;
3.15pcs of 2cm slabs packed in a bundle,7 bundles fited in a 20’GP container;
4.10pcs of 3cm slabs packed in a bundle,7 bundles fited in a 20’GP container;
5.Unit weight of 2cm slab is 48kg/sqm and 3cm slab is 72kg/sqm;
6.Free sample can be sent via customers’ express account.
Delivery: 15-35 days from the receipt of deposit.
